Having lived in Bath for 4 years whilst at University I visited Victoria Park on countless occasions, in all seasons. Always very well maintained and a beautiful area to visit. Great for ball games, BBQs, picnics and the like. Sometimes you get to watch the hot-air balloons take off which is always interesting

Bath on ice, a tidy size ice rink for all ages to skate only thing I didn't like it was a bit over crowded they did have skate marshals to over see that people were skating correctly

It is a nice park. Lots to see. The only downside is to see that it is starting to be run down a bit. It is in need of TLC.
